RENOCHLOR® reduces Serum creatinine, Blood Urea Nitrogen (BUN), Albumin to Creatinine ratio (ACR) and TGF-β. RENOCHLOR® also improves eGFR.

What is the significance of TGF-β test in the clinical trial?
Transforming Growth Factor beta (TGF-β) has been recognized as an important fibrosis marker in the genesis of chronic kidney diseases (CKD). TGF-β is often chronically over-expressed in disease states, fibrosis and inflammation. TGF-β is moderately to extremely high in Chronic Inflammatory Response. In our clinical trial it was found that RENOCHLOR® reduces TGF-β.
